Daydropz – Terms of Use
Welcome to Daydropz, a smart platform by GoodPegg designed to help you create and send attractive banner messages to your audience. These Terms of Use outline your rights and responsibilities when using Daydropz. By accessing our app and using any of its features, including subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Terms
Daydropz offers an auto-renewable subscription at INR 99 per month. Subscribing unlocks the premium feature which removes default watermarks. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. If cancelled, access continues until the current billing cycle ends. We may update the subscription price with prior notice. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
2. Use of the Platform
Daydropz is intended for individuals or businesses to create and distribute promotional banners. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally allowed to enter contracts. If you're using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have legal authority to bind it to these Terms. You must use the app lawfully and not to send unlawful, harassing, or defamatory content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and templates in Daydropz are the property of GoodPegg. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app without prior notice. The app is provided “as is” without any warranties.
5. Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify GoodPegg and its partners against any losses resulting from your misuse of the app. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or losses exceeding INR 1,000 or the minimum under applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Chandigarh in English.
